Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and interpret assessments related to learning, behavior, and emotional development

Guide eligibility decisions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Support MTSS, RTI, and other proactive systems of intervention

Offer short-term counseling services and crisis support

Maintain documentation in line with state and federal mandates
Qualifications:

Graduate degree in School Psychology

Valid Virginia School Psychologist license

Strong knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and evaluation procedures

Must meet all required educational, state, and district standards
